All classes are group classes. First class is complimentary. Since these are group fitness classes and not instructional classes, it is required that new students take a private or semi private lesson with either instructor. This will allow the instructor to make sure that the new student is aware of all safety issues as well as a complete explanation of each technique that will be preformed during the class. This is also the appropriate time to discuss with the instructor what your fitness goals are and how they can be achieved. This one on one instruction will benefit the student in equipping them with all the necessary technical information to achieve the maximum rewards from the class.

Occasionally, Maxercise will hold special classes outside over the weekends. This has several benefits to the student. It allows for additional exercises to be performed as well as the benefits of changing the scenery. These classes are not on a fixed schedule. All students will be given ample notice of when these classes will take place.

Maxercise also holds various workshops and seminars throughout the year featuring other Kettlebell practitioners as well as various fitness experts. All students will be informed of these workshops/seminars as they are scheduled.

Additional fees will apply for special classes and workshops.
